For the Tic Tac Boutique, we are looking for a Boutique Manager:
- Reporting directly to Board of Directors, your main goal is to ensure lasting development of the store’s turnover, to meet the needs of our clients and ensure their loyalty.
- You are responsible for operational and administrative management, as well as the sales objectives of the boutique.
- As the boutique manager, you maintain and develop a network of potential and existing clients.
- You are in charge of public relations, including organizing boutique events in agreement with the marketing management.
- You support and motivate a retail sales team in order to lead them to success and create an optimal atmosphere in which welcomes customers.
Position Requirements:
- You have acquired several years’ experience in the management, sales and distribution of luxury products and hold a business degree or equivalent qualification.
- Enterprising, proactive and a skilled leader, you are a communicative and clearly customer-oriented individual.
- You are well-acquainted with the demands of high-end products, display polite manners and present a contagious positive attitude.
- You are capable of working in a multi-cultural environment and with a diverse team.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is indispensable and a knowledge of other languages would be an additional asset.
